Our Mission

The Gemini Corps name symbolizes the dichotomy between individual growth and comfort, organizational change and stability, wanting to fit in with a group and wanting individuality. Our mission is to help guide organizations through these constant tensions and facilitate change. We approach every engagement with curiosity and empathy to honor the uniqueness of every organization.

We specialize in Organizational Development & Diversity,Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging assessment and intervention to create healthy and productive workplaces. The end result is increased knowledge and skills within your own organization.
