We partner with diverse practitioners and industry leaders to guide and deliver our work. Our approach is informed by and guided by peers in organizational psychology, organizational development, DEIB best practices, and social justice responsibility. Proceeds for DEIB work are donated to local, non-profit community groups and scholarships serving underrepresented populations. As part of our commitment to social justice we do not profit from the work of interrupting systems of oppression.
